Whether it is to provide school supplies to encourage parents to send children to school instead of labouring in the fields, to distribute breakfast meals of porridge, eggs and milk to equip school children for their long walks to school or to assist the building of roads so that remote villages can have easy access to clean water and health care, the funds raised on this night will help to alleviate the suffering of rural Balinese communities. Together with Asana Viebeke Lengkong, the programme director of the I'm an Angel foundation, KU DE TA Bali will ensure a memorable night of great food and entertainment as well as one of joy and hope.
"I'm an Angel has a very special place in our hearts, as KU DE TA Bali was involved in this charity since its inception. It is our way of giving back to the extraordinary but fragile communities in Bali, and highlights how special they are to visitors who often do not see Bali beyond its resorts and beaches. This is why we're calling on the support of everyone in Bali to help us help them." says KU DE TA Bali's General Manager, Steve Collinson.
