KU DE TA has updated its breakfast and brunch menu to let their guests have a continually fresh start to their day. New dishes include the natural yoghurt served with mango & kaffir lime compote and palm sugar caramel, which makes the most of the beautiful local ingredients, and the tempting ricotta & raspberry hotcakes with whipped honeycomb butter.



For those who crave something more substantial, the crab & chive omelet with chili potatoes, watercress and toast or the pork & fennel sausage, scrambled egg, caramelized onions and sourdough are delicious new options.
